If you've received a template in the form of a file, and you'd like to use it:
1. Under the "Tools" menu, click on "System Setup".
2. Click on the "Data Sources" tab.
3. Click on the "New..." button.
4. Select "<Custom> Microsoft OLEDB" and click "OK".
5. Under the "Template" tab, click on the drop down list and choose "Load from file...".
6. Select the template file and click on "Open".
7. On the data source configuration dialog, click on "OK".
